Chris Ryan’s “not really a realtor” story at Hayes & Broderick
Chris Ryan is the New York Times bestselling author of Sex at Dawn and Civilized to Death, which have each been translated into over twenty languages. Chris’ long running podcast, Tangentially Speaking includes more than 800 episodes, has been downloaded over 30 million times and has featured guests such as Rick Beato, Theo Von, Johann Hari, and Neil Strass.
Chris is also a friend, and a neighbor of ours in the rare, remote, strange, and very beautiful mountain settlement of Crestone, Colorado.
Chris’s somewhat apocalyptic SF love story takes place at 454 Broderick near Hayes in 1989.
